I should have wrote a post script last night but by the time I remembered this I was already in bed. One of our granddaughters spent a year in Finland as an exchange student and her parents also went to Finland to visit while she was there. My nephew also was an a member of the Rotary Youth Orginaziaton during his high school years. I know now that I should have mad notes before I started to write this article because there are to many things I could write about during my year as president. Thanks for listening. Lilly
You will have to share more about your granddaughter's time in Finland.
ReplyDeleteI always read your blog(several times a day) and have to tell you how much I enjoy all your news items and also some really do make me smile. Harriet has become a special little person to watch and enjoy. Our granddaughter now lives in New York City where she graduated from NYU and is employed there. I will write more about it another time after I have taken some notes so I can do it all at once and not like my Rotaty news. Good to hear from Mountain Mama. Lilly
ReplyDeleteI have only one grand daughter and five grand sons. They are ages from eight to nineteen. My oldest grand son is in college at Santa Cruz. The others have a way to go before they graduate from high school. I love them all dearly and live on the same property with the daughter who has the girl fourteen and a son sixteen.

Thank you for your comment about T.V. shows, I laughed when I read the part that your husband never knows what you are laughing at. I find this show very funny and even laugh at the reruns.
